This web-based conveyance tracking system enables the tight management
of property sales contracts and associated financial processes. Operated on
branch level and by head office, the HTRACK system tracks the progress of
properties through the entire conveyance process - from Officer to Purchase
up to registration.
Added to this, agent and franchise performance is monitored and commission
is tightly managed. Comprehensive reporting allows for the extraction of
management reports nationwide.
HTRACK is integrated via an API to Harcourts International in Australia and
also pulls information from PropData.
Enhancements and additions to the system are implemented on an ongoing
basis.
