Alvita is a web-based software solution to manage your clinic’s Egg Bank and Sperm Bank.

This system is ideal for clinics that have been using spreadsheets or outdated systems to capture their donor and patient information.

The switch-over from spreadsheets to a web-based system has many benefits.

Not only do the doctors and lab technicians have less paperwork and more time available, but now the information is accurate, up to date and accessible from a central point, making it easier to view information and to do donor matching.
All the relevant personal and profile information, baby photos and adult photos are captured and selected donor profiles can also be made available anonymously on a public website.
The full history of all sperm donations and egg aspirations (extractions) are logged. It also shows how many sperm straws or eggs were already allocated to a specific patient.
When the patient is ready to start her pregnancy, the selected sperm or ova is thawed and prepared for the IVF procedure.
Detailed patient records are kept to make the entire process completely transparent and traceable.
